Garryson High Density Zirconia Flap Discs Type 27 have a flat face with a fiberglass backing plate and are ideal for use on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  Flap Discs are used for a wide range of applications such as weld seam removal, surface blending, edge grinding, and weld preparation. 

There is a cushioned effect which creates a  softer feel producing a slightly finer finish than a standard density flap disc of the same grit.  The Garryson high density flap discs last up to double the disc life of a standard flap disc.  There are fewer disc changes and less downtime which leads to increased productivity.
